Officially founded in 2020 - Baked By Lindsey was created out of the desire to find a gluten free treat that didn't actually taste gluten free!

After being diagnosed with Celiac disease in college, I struggled to to find places that not only offered gluten free options, but options that were actually tasty- and so my mission began!

Fast forward a few years and dozens of recipes later and the hunt was over, Baked By Lindsey was born! Offering a wide array of fully gluten free cupcakes stuffed full of various frostings, fillings and toppings- the combinations are endless and most importantly... Delicious!
